REFERENCE: Suhner Australasia Ltd Change of Ownership
We are pleased to advise that Suhner Australasia Ltd has sold its Food Processing Machinery business (effective 1 September 2008) to Argus Realcold Ltd.
We strongly believe that the amalgamation of these two businesses will bring significant added value to our customers and now offer an even larger product range and services.
If you are unaware of Argus Realcold Ltd they have an established market leadership reputation in providing a “one stop shop” supply of Consumables, Instrumentation and Machinery to both the Primary Meat and the Food Processing Industries. With the purchase of Suhner Australasia Ltd Argus now offer an even greater level of expertise and products for the Food Processing industry and we look forward to introducing the full range of products available, through one source.
