Adenosine Triphisphate (ATP) Tests
This is a test to detect ATP on surfaces or in rinse waters using the bioluminescence
principle. On a well cleaned surface no ATP should be present. The presence of 
ATP indicates the presence of food residues and/or micro organisms and therefore
cleaning is required
