Smoke ovens with automatic heat treatment of smoked products
Smoking chambers are suited for smoking of all kinds of products
as frankfurters, sausages, salamis, meat, poultry, fish, cheese, etc.
If they are equipped with an option of cooling, they enable cold smoke smoking.
The chambers are suitable for heat treatment of ham and similar products
in moulds or vapour-proof casings. They are also suitable for roasting meatloaf and similar product.
Boiling Kettle
For cooking meat products in water, water temperature is regulated by a microprocessor. Core temperature sensing is done by a core temperature sensor Pt100 with an option of cooking according to “Delta T“.
