This machine is designed to remove the bone from Lamb short loins and full mutton saddles with limited effort and improves yield recovery.

-          Swivels up off the ground for wash down

-          Standard clamp button is positioned on the console

-          Top Pin for Saddles

-          Robust, tapered pin to easily enter the spinal column

-          Height adjustable to suit saddle length and ensure operator comfort
