The Nock Cortex CB435 and CB496 Kebab Machines are designed for precision slicing of meat for doner skewers. With a cutting width of 430mm and a high cutting speed of 24 m/min, these machines feature a specialised blade holder, transport roller, and spring-suspended pressure roller for optimal meat processing.
The blade gap can be infinitely adjusted from 0.5 to 8mm, allowing for a customised cut that’s superior to traditional derinders. These models are ideal for various meats, including veal, beef, turkey breast, and lamb.
