Argus – Shipping Policy

All products purchased from Argus (www.argus.co.nz) are shipped from our warehouse in New Zealand.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide reliable delivery across New Zealand.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to residential and commercial street addresses throughout New Zealand.
Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical delivery address is required.

3. Shipping Times

Standard delivery in New Zealand generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Rural or remote areas may require additional time.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes may be affected by carrier delays.
  • All orders are fully trackable once dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for most New Zealand orders are calculated based on quantity and are automatically applied at checkout. The only exception is the Chatham Islands, which has a fixed shipping rate regardless of quantity.

  • 1–12 items: NZD $10
  • 13–24 items: NZD $15
  • 25–36 items: NZD $20
  • Chatham Islands: NZD $20

These flat rates apply regardless of weight or size, provided the order fits within a single shipment. All prices include GST.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • A shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been sent.
  • If an item is delayed or out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
Argus is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
