By entering any competition or giveaway promoted by Argus LTD on Instagram or any other social media platform (“Competition”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The Promoter of the Competition is Argus LTD.
This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook) or any other social media platform.
By entering, you release Meta and all other social media channels from any liability arising in connection with the Competition.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents who are currently residing in New Zealand.
Employees of Argus LTD, any prize sponsors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must meet all entry requirements as stated on the relevant Instagram or social media post.

3. Competition Period

The Competition opens when the promotional post is published on Instagram or other social media channels.
The Competition closes on the date and time stated in the corresponding Competition post.
Argus LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.

4. Entry Requirements

By entering, you confirm that any individual identifiable in your entry has provided their consent for their image or personal information to be used for Competition purposes.
You warrant that your entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Argus LTD reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, or does not comply with the entry instructions.

5. Prize & Winner Selection

Winner(s) will be selected at the end of the Competition Period, as outlined in the Competition post.
Winner(s) will receive the prize(s) advertised in the corresponding post.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Argus LTD will attempt to contact the winner(s) via Instagram or the platform used to enter.
If a winner cannot be reached within three (3) working days, Argus LTD may redraw the prize.
Argus LTD reserves the right to contact winners via alternative methods if required.

6. Prize Delivery

Argus LTD is not responsible for any prize that becomes lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with after it has been dispatched or is no longer in Argus LTD’s possession.
Winners must provide accurate delivery details. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Decisions Are Final

By participating in the Competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All decisions made by Argus LTD regarding winner selection, eligibility, and prize allocation are final.

8. Privacy

Argus LTD may collect personal information (such as name and contact details) for the sole purpose of administering the Competition.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Participants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information at any time.
