The Hubert Haas Pig Scalding and Dairhairing Unit is a state-of-the-art solution designed for efficient and thorough processing. Equipped with two roller systems for dehairing, this mobile unit features a head scrubbing holder that easily reaches difficult areas.
With a new design that reinforces its gearing, the Pig Scalding and Dairhairing Unit also includes special scraper paddles on the rear panel, an electric heater in an oil bath, and an integrated control unit within the machine housing. For added convenience, the swing-out rollers facilitate easy cleaning. Options such as galvanised or stainless steel construction, an integrated bristle screw, and a compressed-air ejector enhance performance and reliability.
The operational efficiency of this automatic scalding and dehairing machine is unmatched. The processing sequence is simple: fill the machine with water, heat it to the desired temperature, and place the animal inside. The scalding process initiates at the push of a button and automatically stops after approximately three minutes. Upon completion, the lid opens automatically, allowing for easy ejection of the dehaired animal. You can choose from a variety of lid types and enjoy features like an automatically operated lid opener and a custom-height lid for larger pigs. The integrated bristle collector ensures the highest quality water, further enhancing scalding and dehairing results while accommodating higher slaughter capacities.
