The F.Dick Master Steel Polish features polished rods designed to straighten and smooth cutting edges effectively. It is designed for fast and safe use, whether handheld or mounted in a holder. Protective rods ensure knives are guided safely into the grinding unit, achieving an additional polishing effect without causing damage during the drawing motions. Furthermore, protective plates prevent plastic pieces from entering the meat, ensuring a clean and safe sharpening process.

To Use:

• Hold the device with your less-dominant hand, by holding the handle at the base of the unit. (note: table mount is available)
• Hold the knife with your dominant hand and guide the blade through the center slot of the device from handle to tip.
• Repeat this action several times while applying light pressure. Made in Germany.
