The Hocker Knife Disinfection Basin is designed for efficient and hygienic knife disinfection using hot water. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel (Material No. 1.4301), the double-walled basin features integrated insulation to maintain optimal water temperature.
It includes a removable plastic knife holder that can accommodate up to six knives with blade lengths of 210mm, making it ideal for commercial kitchens and food processing environments.
For easy water management, the basin is equipped with a 10mm inlet pipe for fresh water supply, welded to the tank’s exterior. A fixed overflow pipe discharges through a 1/4” external-threaded socket below the basin, while a 3/8” ball valve welded into the basin floor allows for quick and controlled drainage. Two sturdy mounting brackets on the back ensure secure installation on solid building walls.
