While it offers exceptional performance for skinning fish like tilapia, pangasius, trout, cod, catfish, and squid, the S technology optimises yield by utilising both sharp and blunt blades during the skinning process. Notably, when processing smoked fish, the water cleaning unit is not required, allowing for seamless operation.
The Skinex SB 496 is equipped with a cutting width of 430mm and a cutting speed of 31 m/min, featuring three skinning methods: deep skinning with a sharp blade, thin skinning with a sharp blade, and silver skinning with a blunt blade. Standard equipment includes infeed and discharge conveyors that can be easily removed without tools, along with a blade gap that is infinitely adjustable for tailored skinning results. Built with durability in mind, the machine incorporates NOCK POWER PLATES® for easy cleaning and a robust design, as well as NOCK EASY-FLOW® safety covers that enhance hygiene during processing.
