The stainless steel blades feature a flat grind and boast a hardness of 54-56 HRC on the Rockwell Scale. They undergo a meticulous process including a fast oil quench, -78°C sub-zero quench, and double temper after hardening, ensuring robust, hard-wearing blades with exceptional edge retention.
Designed for comfort and control, these knives are lightweight with ergonomic Progrip Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPE) handles and include finger guards for added safety.
