Description

Equipped with several skinning methods, the Nock Cortex CF 460 allows for thin skinning with a sharp blade, silver skinning by pulling off the skin with a blunt blade, and limited deep skinning with a sharp blade. The machine’s standard features include a water cleaning unit for optimal operation, an infinitely adjustable blade gap, and a spring-suspended blade holder for exceptional results. The ergonomic foot switch bar is adjustable in height for user convenience, while the robust NOCK POWER PLATES® construction ensures easy cleaning and durability. Complete with lockable castors and made from stainless steel, this fish skinning machine is engineered for reliability and ease of use.
